2021-1-HU01-KA151-YOU-0000099453
In the spring of 2021, our organisation received the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth, which enabled us to organise a work experience exchange with 4 participants, a preparatory visit with 6 participants and a youth exchange with 36 participants in the period 2021-2022.
During the professional study visit, 4 of our youth workers participated in a 10-day professional study visit to Avanos, Turkey, where the Turkish Dame Association and other associations (Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Latvian) were involved in a joint consultation. The main topic of the exchange of professional experience was the role of intellectual sports in the life of young people. We looked at how other nations can involve young people in community life and increase their active participation through intellectual sports and peer games, and how they can provide training and resources for young people in the field of intellectual sports. How can they increase their capacity and ensure the active participation of young people.
The youth exchange program title was „EQ with images”

Their emotional intelligence develops in a complex way in a multicultural environment
Our partners in the Youth Exchange Programme were Romania and Bulgaria. We also organised a preparatory visit with them to tailor the joint programme as much as possible to the needs of young people.
The theme of the youth exchange was to explore and develop emotional intelligence. The exchange programme included self-awareness and self-assessment exercises, communication training, role-playing, film screenings, cultural activities and activities to develop cooperation skills.
The exchange programme ended with the presentation of Youthpasses and certificates. The cooperation with the participating organisations will be continued in the coming years.
